    We offer a super express 24-hour service! Just WhatsApp us to schedule your pickup. Please remember, our lightning-fast 24-hour super express service is exclusively available through WhatsApp, making laundry as easy as sending a message!
  • Are there any special instructions for delicate fabrics?
    For delicate fabrics, we recommend providing clear instructions when scheduling your service. Our experienced team is well-versed in handling delicate items, but your guidance ensures we meet your specific needs.

    We recommend that you treat your garment or fabrics with 30-day Germ Shield once a month. This is because the treatment lasts up to 30 days.

    Yes, you can wash Germ Shield treated garments with regular laundry. Our Germ Shield treatment is designed to withstand multiple washes and still maintain its effectiveness.
  • What types of items should be dry cleaned?
    Dry cleaning is a process that uses special solvents to clean clothes and fabrics that cannot be washed with water. At The Laundry Club, we recommend dry cleaning for delicate fabrics that may shrink, lose color, or get damaged when exposed to water and regular detergents. Here are some items that should be dry cleaned: 1. Suits and formal wear: Dry cleaning helps preserve the shape, color, and texture of suits, jackets, and other formal wear. 2. Silk and delicate fabrics: Silk, wool, cashmere, and other delicate fabrics require special care and attention to avoid damage or discoloration. 3. Leather and suede: These materials should only be dry cleaned by professionals who have the expertise and tools to clean and condition them properly. 4. Certain stuffed animals and pillows: Some of these items cannot be washed in a machine or by hand, so dry cleaning is the best option to remove stains, odors, and bacteria.

    Yes we offer a special Green Dry Cleaning option on a small scale that is eco-friendly and non-toxic. We plan to launch this service online soon. In the meantime please WhatsApp us to book or inquire about Green Dry Cleaning.

However, please be aware that our team will also point out any possible risks of damages, and if you choose to proceed with cleaning in such cases, it implies your agreement to take and bear those risks.     No. We recommend that you do not attempt to remove stains at home before sending your items for dry cleaning. Home remedies might cause more harm than good and may even set the stain permanently. Our team of professionals are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to remove even the toughest stains, so you can trust us to take care of your garments. If you're concerned about a particular stain or have tried stain removing at home, please let us know when you make a booking or drop off your items.
  • What's the reason behind the recommendation to bring stained garments to you without washing them immediately?
    For the best chance of stain removal, we strongly advise bringing your stained garment to us as soon as possible, ideally on the same day of the incident, without attempting to wash it at home. Stains that are freshly acquired are generally easier to treat. If a stained item is washed at home, the stains may have already set into the fabric by the time it reaches us, making them more challenging to remove. Our professional stain removal techniques are most effective when applied promptly, ensuring the highest likelihood of success in restoring your garment to its pristine condition.
  • How much do you charge for stain treatment?
    The cost of stain treatment varies based on the type and severity of the stain. It typically ranges from 2-3 times our standard laundry prices as stain treatments involves specialized chemicals, and extended labor compared to regular laundry services. Please contact us via WhatsApp for specific pricing inquiries, as each stain treatment is priced differently. It's important to note that, while we strive to achieve successful stain removal, we cannot guarantee complete removal in every case. Rest assured, our experience enhances the likelihood of successful stain removal.
  • Can you remove any stain from my garments?
    Our team of professionals has been trained to identify the type of stain and determine the best approach to remove it without damaging the fabric. We can remove most common stains, including oil, grease, coffee, tea, ink, and wine. However, some stains may require more specialized treatment especially those that have been left to set for a long time. We cannot guarantee complete removal of every stain. Rest assured that we will do our best to restore your garments to their original condition. If you have any concerns or questions about a specific stain, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

  • I'm new in Laundry Club, how do I start?
    Thank you for choosing Laundry Club! To start our service simply: 1. Bring your dirty clothes/items to our outlets and our friendly staff will inspect your clothes, issue you an invoice, pay the indicated amount and you can collect on the stipulated date on your invoice. Or, 2. Call or WhatsApp our hotline (9111-0780) and our customer service reps will be happy to schedule a pick-up and delivery. Your items will be assessed at our HQ and an itemised invoice will be sent to you. Make the payment and just wait for your items to be delivered. So just drop by our outlets or contact our hotline and that's it!
  • How should I prepare my laundry for pickup?
    Preparing your laundry is easy! Place your garments in a bag and label any specific instructions you may have for certain pieces of laundry. Our team will take care of the rest when they arrive for pickup.
  • How do I arrange for laundry pick-up and delivery?
    Simply call or whatsapp our hotline 9111-0780 and our friendly customer service representatives will schedule at your most convenient time and date. You may also fill-up this form and we will confirm your appointment within the next business day. One of our friendly drivers will pick-up from your location and issue you an invoice stating the number and category of items. A detailed invoice will be sent over after assessment at the factory. Payment should be made before laundry services are performed.
  • What is the minimum order for free delivery?
    To enjoy free delivery and pick-up, the minimum amount spent should be $30, net of any discounts or taxes. A minimal fee of $8 shall apply for any amount lower than $30
  • How do I pay for home delivery?
    At this time we accept payment by cash, FAVE, PayLah or PayNow. To pay by PayNow, just scan the QR code below. For other queries, please call our customer service reps at 9111-0780.
  • How do I know how much to pay for washing my items?
    For a pricelist of our more common items, please refer to our pricelist page. For other items, our customer service reps would be more than happy to assist you
  • Can I reschedule my pick-up/delivery appointment?
    Yes you may. Kindly reschedule a day in advance by calling or whatsapp'ing our hotline. Charges will apply for no-show or same-day cancellations as this may disrupt the delivery schedules of our vans as well as incur additional expenses in terms of petrol and overtime pay. Your kind understanding is much appreciated
  • Do you have a contactless delivery option?

  • What if I'm not happy after washing my clothes or items?
    No need to worry, we will wash it again for you, free of charge. We'd like you to be happy with our service so we don't mind washing it again! Please make sure that re-washing request is made within 24 hours of collection/delivery and accompanied by the original invoice
  • What happens if my items are damaged?
    We take pride in our quality of work and expertise on what we do. But in the unfortunate event of a damage, please write in at [email protected] or use our contact form and we will promptly respond to you at the earliest time possible. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery/collection from Laundry Club. Each complaint or enquiry will be handled carefully on a case-to-case basis
  • When are you not liable?
    As all fabrics degrade over time, we cannot be liable for damage due to wear & tear, exposure to environment and any fabric weakness due to the initial manufacturing process. The Laundry Club cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to buttons, ornaments, sequins, trimmings, belts, beads, buckles, shoulder pads or anything left in pockets, during the process of internationally acceptable cleaning procedures.   • What kind of compensation do you give?
    In the event of loss by fire, any other loss or damage to article for which we may assume liability, without prejudice, such liability SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN (10) times the rate charged for cleaning the particular article, depending on the age of the same article--which shall be assessed and determined solely by The Laundry Club. All claims must be made within 24 hours after collection/delivery and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Such claim shall be deemed to not exceed S$200.00.
